How long is the shipping process? 

Standard shipping is 3-7 business days,SALE orders ship out in the order in which they are received due to the high volume of SALE orders. If a product ordered is on backorder will notify you via email.

Domestic shipping price is $13.00

International shipping price is $75.00

What shipping company does Divahglam use?  USPS (united states postal service) Priority mail 1-3 business days once package leaves Divahglam for domestic packages and 1-2 weeks for international orders.

ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION ON DELIVERY.

• Once a package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be opened by the buyer with the shipping company. No refunds or Replacements are guaranteed as we reserve the right to examine and investigate this on a case by case basis . All packages shipped are insured by Seller with shipping courier.

When do I receive tracking information?  Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.

Does divahglam have a policy for return/exchange? ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We Do Not have a Return or Exchange Policy unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the  changes to correct it immediately.

What's the size of the divahglam full lace wig units? The wigs are standard size fits the average size head, if you have a larger head than most please include that in your notes section of your order form ,if your head is really really small we recommend the Glueless units as they have an elastic band to adjust to your head. 

Whats the difference between ELITE & GLAM COLLECTION Hair? The difference between elite and glam is the grade quality.

Elite is the highest grade. Elite will last you over 1 year + with proper haircare. Our Elite also lifts to the highest blonde

Glam is a slightly lower grade of hair which latest you about 1-6 months with proper care. Our Glam collection lifts up-to the highest of honey blondes.

THE SAME AS CHANEL & GUCCI....ELITE IS A HIGHER GRADE WHICH CAN LAST UP to 2 or more years. Glam Collection has the same great quality at an affordable price point Hair can last up to 1year. Proper hair care is essential to making your hair last .

How do I maintain my Hair ? While we always recommend seeking professional stylist to assist with your install Here’s A few tips: Cold wash your hair (LUKE WARM) , Condition your hair, Clip your ends, Seal your wefts, Be sure to tie your hair up treat it like you were born with it . 

What to do to prevent shedding? ALL hair including your natural hair is gonna give a bit of shed when combing. We recommend seeking a professional to maintain upkeep. Gently comb or brush your hair from bottom to top with a wig brush , We recommend you sealing your lace & wefts with weft sealer.

Can bundles/wigs be colored? ALL Divahglam virgin hair can be dyed, We kindly recommend seeking a PROFESSIONAL STYLIST for assistance & Dye job tips.

HAIR TIP: When coloring HAIR we recommend not using BW-2 to color hair. FOR BEST RESULTS PLEASE SEEK A PROFESSIONAL .
