Standard shipping is 3-7 business days , SALE orders ship out in the order in which they are received due to the high volume of SALE orders .

If a product ordered is on backorder will notify you via email.

It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.For orders placed prior to 5pm (EST) will be processed that day, If placed after 5pm (EST) we will begin processing your order on the next business day. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

What shipping company does Divahglam use?  USPS (united states postal service) Priority mail 1-3 business days once package leaves Divahglam for domestic packages and 1-2 weeks for international orders.

ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION ON DELIVERY.

  • Once a package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be opened by the buyer with the shipping company. No refunds or replacements will be sent out until further hearing from the shipping company.

 

When do I receive tracking information?  Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
